The older one is harder to see, with his sunglasses and cap pulled down low. But the more I look at them, the more I'm thinking Albanian is a possibility. Could also be Kosovar (same as Albanian) or Macedonian/Greek.
I thought the one looked like an ancient coin: I’m going with Greek-ish/Cypriot, but they do NOT look like Bible-thumping, Constitution-backing Americans to me.
