Moving on to picture 6. Similar view as the previous picture, but moves East (down in previous) more. - We can still see the tipped over railcar. - We can see all of the large concrete pad where the tank used to stand. - We can see the debris to the right of the pad, what is that? o First big piece may be from the building that exploded. o The lighter pieces to the right look to be pieces of the tank. o Not sure what the big round thing under that is? o Blast clearly occurred to the left of us. North shot looking South. In the lower left, it appears to be the ROOF of the tank from the large concrete pad, laying on its top. The whitish, clean looking area, just above the concrete pad (just SOUTH of the pad) looks to be the initial spot of the explosion. That would have been inside the large storage building. We can see the charred remains of the office building to the left. That is what seemed to be on fire BEFORE the explosion.
