A person is created at conception and killing a person is murder. What argument do abortionists offer against this?

A person is created at conception and killing a person is murder. What argument do abortionists offer against this? Screaming invective, profanity, threats... and if you make the argument in the wrong location, arrest and imprisonment.
If they could, they would have anyone who disagrees shot.

Keep your effin' religion out of it. A fetus is a fetus until it can survive outside the womb. Until then, it's a woman's right to choose what to do with her own body."
Or something equally despicable.

I still cannot understand how pro-abortions support the idea that a fetus is not a human life - when...if a pregnant woman is murdered...the perp is charged with killing two humans. Especially late term pregnancies. Remember that guy, his name escapes me now, who killed his pregnant wife and put her in a boat and dumped her in the sea - he was charged with two murders.
