That guy needs to be ID'd and investigated.
Two points though: the way he is holding the bag makes it hard to believe that it is heavy or bulky enough to contain a pressure cooker filled with nails, ball bearings and gunpowder. But you never know, photos can be deceiving.
Second point is, I think the bag residue in the photo is from the 2nd bombing site. (The photo of this guy with the bag is from the 1st bombing site.) What was reported is that at the 2nd bombing site, the Lord & Taylor store camera showed a dark-skinned guy with a backwards white hat depositing the bomb bag.
Now maybe this guy was working with that guy, and they used the same type of bag at both locations. But anyway this guy needs to be checked out, he is at the critical location holding a suspicious bag.
Saw that on twitter yesterday. That guy looks really suspicious, especially the way he’s holding the bag like it’s heavy.
