MSNBC host Lawrence O'Donnell made the case this evening that the National Rifle Association is to blame for the slow investigation into the Boston bombings:
"There are new developments tonight in the bombing investigation here in Boston," said O'Donnell. "But that investigation could be moving faster were it not for the successful lobbying efforts of the National Rifle Association.
The NRA's efforts to guarantee that American mass murderers are the best-equipped mass murders in the world is not limited to murderers who use assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.
The NRA is also in the business of helping bombers get away with their crimes. Gunpowder could be traced by investigators to a buyer at the point of sale if gunpowder contained a taggant, an element that would enable tracing of the purchase of gunpowder.
But thanks to the National Rifle Association, identification taggants are required by law only in plastic explosives. The NRA has successfully blocked any requirements for such taggants in gunpowder. So such supremely helpful evidence as taggants are not available to the FBI in this investigation."
MSNBC is in the business of treason.
Someone is covering it up and it’s sure not the NRA
Sue them for libel, just to hasten their eventual collapse into bankruptcy.
Microsoft really oughta give some thought to unloading that asylum.
MSNBC is such a colossal failure..I think they get 2 viewers per night..not even their own family members want to see them
Who actually watches MSLSD? How are they getting the funds to stay on air.
The lefties have gone nuts.
These “reporters” make me want to vomit. They truly are sick in the head..so sick of hearing their filth.
MSNBC most likely to go postal and actually bomb someone.
But another example of MSM garbage.
Can’t they be sued for broadcasting lies as news? I am so totally sick of that network. We need to get a serious boycott of their sponsors going. Every single one of them. Let’s sink the network once and for all.
MSNBC types prove that if you drink enough, and have enough weird sex, you’ll eventually go crazy.
O’Donnell and MSNBC: fear-mongering at it’s best!
What’s the matter with these people, especially crazy Larry?
It used to be that we were all Americans and came together under times like these, now the crazies use these diabolical incidents to tear our country apart...Pathetic.
not just psychotic, they prove psychosis is contagious.
Now you’re talking! Let’s sink these bastards!!
I’m so sick of MSNBC!!
“MSNBC is in the business of treason.”
No, nutjobs and terrorists are encouraged by gutless, scumbag, media leftists, like Lawrence O’Donnell.
They did unload it. NBC bought the name.
>> ODonnell and MSNBC: fear-mongering at its best!
More like idiotic gibberish.
The sad part is it’s to the point that you expect them to exploit events like this every single time something bad happens.
Pathetic. Desperate times, desperate measures.
FU O’Donnell, you stooge.
PMSNBC: Propaganda for the stupid.
You can trace gunpowder to its source, and then identify who bought it?
Why would anyone watch that guy? My dog has better political insight.
And he is the poster boy for CMI!
That was his opening remark too. More after that, I saw it live. Very entertaining..
My tip :
DVR the Morning Joe tomorrow 6am EST, the hand-ringing by Joe and Mika on this 'failure' will be priceless,
Joe will declare the GOP now a dead party who will never win elections again because of this 'failure'.
Watch him ask dumb Mika again:” What has happened to my Republican party Mika? The conservative party of Reagan, what happened , what, what, what?? ” shaking hands and head!
But lib Mika has no answer as she is too dumb!
I guess Lawrence missed this story:
Steve Emerson reports Saudi national person of interest is being deported on Tuesday (Video)
More hysterical blah blah blah from yet another utterly irrational Leftist.
If he’s so eager to save lives, where does he stand on the ongoing murder of America’s unborn children?
Manufacturers of commercial explosives are strongly opposed to placing an identification taggant like the Microtaggant, in commercial explosives. This opposition is grounded in the fundamental issues of safety and cost/benefit analyses. The introduction of any foreign substance into explosive formulations raises serious questions about performance and safety. Additionally, there is minimal benefit to law enforcement while the costs of implementing a Microtaggant-type program are significant.
Starting tomorrow I am going to hit the mute button and take note of every single sponsor. Sick of these race baiting losers. Let’s start with GMC, TD Ameritrade from Chris HAyes show.
Take me off your list.
I’ve long held the theory they were partly to blame for the rage of the Occupy movement.
These shmucks are mental, absolutely bat-sh!t crazy!
Howling MoonBat Alert, level red.
The NRA needs to slap a lawsuit on PMSNBC’s @$$.
Losing it I see....
why don’t they sue the pants off these fairies?....
Story tonight is Obama is working with a Saudi representative to arrange the deportation of the Saudi "student" in the hospital with the burns on his hands.
Lawrence and MSNBC should be blown up, how’s that?
More B/S from the MSM..The only people I know who get paid to lie.... Oh well NRA was around long before the MSM came on the scene and will be around upon the death to MSNBC
In the world of Journalism, there’s a difference between a Reporter and a Commentator.
The way I describe it is this: the Journalist is a little more careful about hiding his or her bias...
It’s fun to see them squirm, isn’t it?
MSNBC: NPCA “in the Business of Helping Bombers Get Away With Their Crimes”
Figures .. about 30sec after hitting ‘post’ I seemed to recall something about that .. lol, thanks
Isn’t it about time for the NRA to sue for libel/slander? Dunno which applies, and I gather there are different rules for organization than individuals, but still...........
Looks like the hate focus target is on guns now.
