The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
IMO, there should be no background checks.
The criminals will get the guns illegally anyway. It won’t stop gun violence nor will it keep guns out of the hands pf those who plan violence against others.
The only way to stop Gun Violence is using another Gun.
