My theory on “these” letters. The people sending them *know* they’ll not reach their intended target right?
Intended to cause mass panic? Or some other reason?
Mass panic.
Hysteria.
It will snowball into martial law.
Sent by government itself so that they can be intercepted giving the impression that everything is OK in a dangerous world. What else could they do after failing to prevent a terrorist attack on Obama's watch?

Suspicious letters sent to BOTH liberals and conservatives is a ploy to sidetrack the investigation.
My theory is they are meant to obfuscate the entire picture. It looks like they are in cover-up mode now.
