FYI..the vote on the Manchin/Toomey amendment should be about 4pm EST. That will be the first, and key, of the amendments. All the rest are doomed. Until then, you’ll get lots of quorum calls, some nice classical music, and senators who have already announced their votes pontificating for the record..
