This is not good at all. CNN is reporting that an envelope that was sent to a Senator (unnamed) has tested positive for ricin poisoning. Its been tested at least three times and each time it came up positive. The mail facility is off-site so the ricin is not in the Capitol.

Talk about marshall law. Yesterday the mayor of Boston was telling people to stay home. Can you imagine what the feds will do if another 911 or OKC happens?
