Some concierge fees are so low that people could pay the Obamacare fine for no insurance (which is low) AND have the concierge service.

I suspect the quality of the personal concierge service might make some people think the double cost is worth it (and still equals less than traditional insurance).

Its just frustrating that we now have to pay a double cost.
