personally, i have never trusted pressure cookers... i am always afraid i will not be able to get the lid off...
When I was a young sprout, I used a pressure cooker, once. I know for sure how far stuff from the cooker can fly. I cleaned the kitchen ceiling, floor, walls, table, chairs, and a bit of the hallway.
