I can’t stand to listen to him...his cadence, phrasing, voice modulation, cliches, hackneyed phrases, whistled esses. It all sets my teeth on edge. F him.
I agree - just hearing him speak is a real trial I notice the whistled esses too. He doesn't seem to always do it from what I can tell. Must be like a poker tell or something artificial or a real indication that he is lying his rump off and not sure he's going to pull it off.
He sounds funny - pompous - and he is probably lying, too.
I hit the proverbial roof when he starts talking about "folks".
I can’t figure out why he whistles his esses. Usually only people with false teeth do that.
