He is correct in that he is no dictator. To his worshipers who worship the ground he pisses upon, he is god and whatever he tells them to do, they will do. And these, like it or noe, comprise a large majority of the youth in America.
So is Obama sending Denice Rodman back to North Korea ? Everything started right after Rodman left .
Probably because Kim figured that if all Americans were as stupid as Dennis, that North Korea wouldn’t have anything to fear from the US.

I honestly believe that if the Norks dropped a nuke on US forces or a US base boy blunder would wail and moan and do absolutely nothing.
