I can imagine Napolitano. Brennan and Obama inner circle in close meetings to decide who they are going to blame.

They are deciding if there is any way it can be blamed on the Tea Party and legitimate gun owners. Thus far the long awaited “Reich Stagg Fire” incident has yet to occur. They are probably discussing the chances of this being it.

DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano announced the Fast Pass agreement with little fanfare in January in a statement that read:
