The attorneys are telling us that it appears that employee plans will lose their pretax status and will now be counted as income.

1st I have heard of that, and if so people WILL revolt over that one...

Without getting into it, I have been blessed to get executive summaries etc what was in this mess, bit his is a new one on me...
