But let's not forget Reagan appointee and traitor to conservatives Sandra Day O'Connor, who not only refused to overturn Roe v. Wade when she had the chance in 1989 (Webster v. Reproductive Health Services, 492 U.S. 490); she also wrote a concurring opinion in Lawrence v. Texas, 539 U.S. 558 that state laws prohibiting homosexual sodomy, but not heterosexual sodomy, violated the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.
That was in 2003 -- just ten years ago, homosexual behavior was still illegal.
