Now we are witnessing what has been going on behind closed doors for about 9 months.
Kim Jong Un was simply given orders and latitude to rattle his saber. He was directed to make nuclear threats.
His capacity as a leader is about that of a junior 2ndLt to a green 1st LT. His command pays immediate obedience to orders but only has the initiative to directly obey their immediate directives or to be rebelliously, secretively corrupt.
His moves have been set to attract worldwide public observation. This sets the stage for otherwise objectionable shifts in power by the free public to other tyrants.
Kerry is just the visual representation of this plan developed by others. He isn’t much more capable than Kim Jong Un.
My money is on a 6am (N.K.time) missile launch from North Korea on the 15th. That means 6pm est Sunday our time.
