After seeing someone do that to another human being, would you, a witness to the crime, be justified in blowing the perp’s brains out? He was, after all, in the act of using deadly force against someone, and was even eyeing you or someone else quite menacingly, with his lighter fluid and lighter in hand, you’d say.

From another direction: After seeing someone do that to another human being, how could you, a witness to the crime, be justified in not blowing the perp’s brains out? He was, after all, in the act of using deadly force against someone, and was even eyeing you or someone else quite menacingly, with his lighter fluid and lighter in hand, you’d say.
