I only read a few pages into the Grand Jury report. WOW.

I cannot understand why no one turned him in. It sounds like there were many opportunities from what little I read. The paramedics that showed up for the one woman who died had a hard time even leaving the building because of the mess in the hallways. Was no autopsy done on her? The abortionists lied about what drugs she was given, further endangering her life.

What about all the women who actually had an abortion. Was there not one woman who would realize how evil this was at some point? What about their companions? It is unfathomable that he could operate for so long with this kind of record.

Did he have a protector?

Yes, The Penn Department of Health did no inspections of his house of horrors for over thirteen years. It is unfathomable that over thirteen years with two client deaths the state DOH did not know something was amiss.
