As with most O’Reilly interviews, that one seems more about what O’Reilly thinks than what Palin thinks. O’Reilly thinks they have to get a green card, they have to be allowed to be given jobs or they will starve. Palin seems to be saying they don’t deserve the job’s citizen’s can do. If O’Reilly would ask a question and let the person answer instead of telling them how they should think, this confusion wouldn’t exist.

This isn't about what O'Reilly is saying but what Palin is saying. I detest O'Reilly but he is just pointing out the obvious contradictions in what Palin is saying.

Palin is trying to stick to the amnesty supporters playbook, but her logic is flawed and the more she is pressed, the more it becomes obvious.

Why does she want the illegals to register? What is the incentive for them to register? Here is the money quote:

O Reilly: No, we can’t make it easy, but they’re here and we can’t starve them to death. And If they can’t work, if they don’t have a green card to work, ah, they’re gonna be hosed. I mean they gotta pay rent, they gotta buy groceries, this, that and the other thing. I mean this is where it gets very complicated, Governor. You know it gets very, very complicated - because you are rewarding bad behavior. You let them stay in the United States because they came in illegally.

Palin: Then let’s keep it, then, then we won’t complicate it any more. Let’s keep it simple. And let’s say no that if you are here illegally, if you don’t follow the steps that at some point in immigration reform that we are going to be able to provide that will allow you somehow to be able to work - if you are not going to do that, then you will be deported. You will be gone.

This is amnesty, i.e., allowing the lawbreakers to stay and work here, the object of their crime. Palin is using the same system of registration that was contained in the 950 page 2007 McCain-Kennedy bill (Z visa) that immediately legalizes the status of the lawbreakers. The Rubio Gang 0f 8 bill contains the same immediate legalization of the lawbreakers. It will take years to do background checks, but in the meantime they will be allowed to stay and work here legally.

These politicians try to deceive us thru language. They need to be pressed by the media and not allowed to get away with focus group responses. Univision did that with Palin and to a lesser extent so did O'Reilly. Anyone knowledgeable about the subject could tear away this cloak of deception and expose the illogical and false statements made by the politicians who think we are dumb. Palin is an amnesty supporter
