Just out of curiosity, how much do union dues run?

When I was in the machinists, it was 2 1/2 times the average hourly wage in the local, plus a national union assessment fee. At time time I was making around $18 per hour. (close to the avg.) Dues were $53.00 per month. You had to be a member of the union to work there. I took a withdrawal in 1998 in hopes of some day getting some of my union retirement money. I'm not holding my breath.

Liberals aren’t too bright. I totally expect them to increase the dues to help offset their dwindling numbers. And as a result their numbers will continue to dwindle prompting yet another increase.
And within 5 years the union will be dead.
Lol.
