Any mental condition “they” deem sufficient to keep you from owning arms, 2.) Being able to access the medical records of any person wishing to make an arms purchase to “check” for such conditions, and 3.) Essential ceding of the metrics by which one can obtain weapons legally to a group of unknown Government Bureaucrats, all in the name of “safety.”

Is that true? I mean really, the part about being able to access our medical records? Oh, shit, I already know they do that, my doc says “the prez thinks you should have an annual, and he wants to know if you scheduled your mammogram yet, and did you quit smoking yet?” I hate lying to my doc...’bout as much as I hate those tragic boating accidents where all my toys get lost in the bay.
