Sorry Rand (sitting) the sprirituality of the citizenry is not within the purview of the State - it is the responsibility of the Individual, and the natural family.

Jefferson had an incredible way with words!

In summary, government has enough to do with upholding the constitution.

Leave spiritual matters to those who are called by God to teach, and free citizens of this Republic to hear and act upon.
