The current makeup of the House is 232(R), 201(D) and 2 vacancies.
Boner would have to get 217 to pass it. He wold have to get ALL 201 Dems and 16 Pubbies to do that. Many Dems are from conservative districts and not likely to go along, so it would be a tough row to hoe........
Liberal Dems will not support this Bill without amendments. Once amendments are passed, it will die.
Remember Obmma Care? The same was said about that.
All they need to do is roll 16 Repubs. They can do that.
