Are we still in that poverty stricken Islamic rat-hole?
Didnt Rambo help them throw out the Russians?
Hell, even the Romans (empire) would give that place back after taking a good look.

It has been building for some time. There are a small minority of militant atheists in military. They are not merely content to hold no belief in a higher power (AKA God), they feel compeled to recruit others to their viewpoint...by legal force if necessary.
They wouldn't be effective accept that there are so many “nominal” Christians in the military. They claim belief in God (and Christ), but live as if neither really exist. Also, they NEVER let their “belief” interfere with their pursuit of pleasure....fornication, adultery, drunkeness, etc.
The naming of Christian groups (be they Evangelicals or Catholics) as “extremists” is not particularly new. I have seen briefs on security issues lump ALL pro-lifers in the same group as terrorists, regardless of the absurdity of the assertion.
I suspect if one were to seriously inquire into the person that presented this slide, you would find them to be a liberal mainline protestant or an agnostic/atheist.
The military does tend, if in office long enough, to take on the character of the CinC. One would suspect President Obama to hold such a view of Evangelicals and Roman Catholics that hold to absolutes as “extremists” as he does anyone showing a conservative viewpoint. My goodness, the man has demonstrated he doesn't hold the COTUS to be an absolute....it ticks him that most do.
Anything that gets in his way....be it a Bible or the COTUS, he will brush it aside. The military is taking on his character. The homosexual issue was just one manifestation.

I just noticed he listed Sunni Muslims but not Shiites. The later is more inherently radical.

I know of some seeker-sensitive churches right here in randogville that wont display a cross for fear of offending the first-time church-goer.Boo hoo...
Galatians 5:11 (niv)
Brothers and sisters, if I am still preaching circumcision, why am I still being persecuted? In that case the offense of the cross has been abolished.

Excuse us, but Christian American soldiers have died in Afghanistan protecting Muslims, just as they died in Iraq. Americans put their lives at risk in Bosnia to protect Muslims, and the notion that a cross on a chapel on a battlefield where Americans put their lives on the line is interpreted as a reincarnation of the Crusades is, to put it charitably, nonsense. I can't think of one reason to 'protect' a Muslim country with American lives. Not one.

"It inflames this Muslim vs. Christian mentality," American Atheists President David Silverman told Fox News. "This is not a Muslim vs. Christian war but if the Army base has a large chapel on it that has been converted to Christian-only, it sends a message that could be interpreted as hostile to Islam."Atheists for islam? Atheists for sharia?
Do I need to repeat my professional wrestling analogy?

I don’t really care what their excuse is for being filthy, ignorant anti-Christian treasonous asses. They are the US army that existing to protect the constitution and people of America and over 80% of us identify ourselves as Christians. The Nazi army was just trying to make Hitler feel good by hating on the Jews..
I have too supportive of the military - obviously. It has “progressed” to turn on it’s own people to please the enemy.
