Can’t say that I blame NASA for this. In the 40 years that have passed since humans last went there, I don’t think we’ve learned anything that lends any urgency to a return trip.

True enough.

They proved it could be done. Some geology was done.

From now on, going there has to make sense economically.

Sure I would pay to cruise around it, like Apollo 8.

If there was some kind of resort on the surface, 1/8 gravity might be fun.

But we have to wait until it's feasible, economically.

NASA has nothing to do with it.
