A lot of people say they are Christian. Obama says he is a Christian. What does God say in his word about who is a Christian?

“Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works?”

“Then I will prophess unto them, I NEVER knew you: Depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” (Matthew 7:22,23)

My point was that the United States, whether they like it or not, is a Christian country, and declaring war on the majority of US citizens might not be the brightest idea.
