Holly, this statement above clearly implies or suggested the Communist Chinese said they were losing patience. When in reality, those comments and the link you provided were comments directly from a former U.S. state department hack, not from the Communist Chinese.

Have you been monitoring what China has been doing to Vietnam and the tensions? China is LOVING what North Korea is doing. China is also watching how exactly the US responds and the last few days I'm sure China likes what it sees.
