Poor planning at it’s finest. One problem I see possibly confronting the family man. If the perp had already left the premises, is it a justifiable shoot? Not sure how the cops and DA in miami will handle that. Hopefully the dad walks. Oh yeah. Did the perps look like any of king hussein’s sons?

Three guesses. The first two don’t count.

I am glad the robber was caught, and I hope the shooter has a great lawyer.

Perhaps the reason for the robbery was to get money for gas to get to work the next day

" If the perp had already left the premises, is it a justifiable shoot?"It would have been in TX, I think- don't know about FL.

the “alleged” criminal had already demonstrated he was a danger to the father and others. It was an ongoing threat. He robbed a store in broad daylight, not a rational act. He could easily have decided to eliminate witnesses.

If the perp had already left the premises, is it a justifiable shoot?99% of the folks say: YES!
The manwas seen by the perp and he could have returned to kill the witness(s)
Thus: the man FEARED for his LIFE.
Justified...
