China Helped North Korea Target American Cities

Today, Kim Jang-soo, South Korea’s new national security director, said North Korea may fire off a missile as soon as Wednesday. The launch will undoubtedly be a test of an intermediate-range missile, not an attack.

North Korea last week moved two missiles, which were subsequently loaded onto mobile launchers, to its east coast. Many expect the missiles, which have been subsequently moved to hidden locations, will be fired in trajectories arcing over Japan.

...

The KN-08 sits on an eight-axle mobile vehicle—a transporter-erector-launcher in military lingo—that can hide and shoot, so America’s costly missile defense system is considered necessary because of the hard-to-find KN-08s. China transferred to North Korea at least six of those mobile launchers, a clear violation of Security Council sanctions.

Some media reports in South Korea and Japan state that the two missiles now on the move are KN-08s. Seoul, however, believes they are Musudans, which have a range of only 2,500 miles, and perhaps less.

Whatever is true, Washington policymakers have been reluctant to confront the implications of the Chinese effectively using the North Koreans to target U.S. cities. Beijing, by supplying the mobile launchers, substantially increased the North’s ability to attack the American homeland.

World wars start like this. Maybe the belligerincy of North Korea isn’t all show, and they have the backing and technology of someone else. Some Freepers have expressed concern about this already, too

Somebody better bring back Johnny Chen and all of the Clintons’ weapon intelligence-for-campaign Chinese cash scandals in time for Her Royal Highness’s 2016 campaign.

Makes me wonder if China thinks the only way they’ll get their money back from the US is by taking over all our real estate (after first clearing it of people)...

I’ve always said there’s a reason America isn’t mentioned in the Bible when it comes to end times prophecy. I tend to think that something would happen to this country to make us a non-relevant issue when it all starts playing out.

US Cities?

Dream on. Its not as easy to do as the MSM makes it out.

The local media does this all the time here : predicts blizzards when the weather data clearly shows it cant happen (they shut down the state one day this February for nothing.)

Scary talk gets ratings and viewers $$$$$

All you need to target a city is a guy walking around with a smart phone.

Yep, and the Obama buttlicking media refuse to point out their hero’s UTTER FAILURE to address this problem.

Instead, the Assclown goes fundraising and golfing.

I think the kid in Korea was prepared for HIS job more than the clown in the Oval Office.

If the Gipper were still in charge, the Chinese and Koreans would be on notice that this garbage will not stand. Instead, we get lame posturing...and nothing else.

Evil regimes smell weakness even from overseas...this is Jimmy Carter’s third term.

I’d say what I think we should do if attacked by NKorea, but why bother with that dog we have in the White House?

A thought has been rising in my mind, and I’d like somebody to tell me it’s wrong.

Could China be realizing the US is never going to pay them back - there’s not enough money in the world to pay them back as it is, and we’re still spending enough to make the proverbial drunken sailor blush - and figure that at least our land is worth something, if they can clear it of us and take it over?

The thought has been that we owe so much to China that they have to pulling for our continued existence, but I’m wondering if the impossible debt we’ve got turns that upside-down: our death and their ability to seize our land and assets is worth more to them than continuing to let us borrow what we’ll never pay back.

Somebody tell me I’m all washed up on this.

“...that can hide and shoot...”

We have some things that can hide and shoot too. They’re called submarines. They carry a number of lethal payloads that can destroy most of NOKO. If Lil’ Kimmy feels froggy, then jump. Let him launch one of his “birds”. We got lotsa more for him.

The big question is, if the Norks have four or five nukes and manage to take out Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Sacramento and Los Angeles, do we respond militarily ... or send them a thank-you note?

:-)
