Government employees do not serve the President or the Democrat party. They serve the people of The United States. The President is the head of the executive branch, but he works for the people of The United States. If there are American Citizens who are covering up something in this Ben Ghazi matter, then they dishonor all those who have served our country and they sell their honor cheaply. If Obama was covering something up for national security, then would he be leading the charge to defund the military? There is no national security issue. It’s just embarrassing to Obama and the Democrat party. Democrats are Democrats first....being an American may not even be on their list. How many Americans will they let die to protect their precious party?

Years ago I learned and lived with some similar situations as director of an important local government agency. I had one rule of protocol that was impressed on all employees. ‘ You do not hide from the public what is public information. You don’t have to and should not broadcast agency affairs apart from what belongs to the public’. Make sure what is said or given out satisfies rules for disclosure. Of course there was always some judgement as to ‘public information’ and there always was pressure from politicians to be more open or to be more closed.

Should a Federal employee be aware of the commission of a federal crime and he/she not report it, he/she is guilty of “Misprison of a Felony.”

[From Wikipedia}: “United States federal law

“’Misprision of felony’ is still an offense under United States federal law after being codified in 1909 under 18 U.S.C. § 4:

“Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

“This offense, however, requires active concealment of a known felony rather than merely failing to report it.”

We have A LOT of felons serving in the Obongo Bozo administration!

Three years is not nearly enough Big House time for the Obongo Bozo felons, but it is a start!
