magnesium also helps some people reduce migraines.

If you get too much magnesium it causes diarrhea

Real vitamin D is OK. it’s th eartificial version that creates problems.

It’s true. I have used it as a foliage spray for container tomatoes & peppers and it stops blossom end rot (which is due to a calcium deficiency) immediately. I also include 1/2 cup of Epsom Salts in the initial potting mix for containerized tomatoes/peppers.

Well, that’s good to know — I’ll have to look up blossom end rot now — don’t think I have that yet - but the season’s young isn’t it. Any cures for cut worms?
