This is what I don't understand:

South Korean protesters hold signs during a press conference denouncing the UN's new sanction against North Korea, and the annual joint military exercises near the U.S. Embassy in Seoul.

Do they still want us to leave???

Bad situation for the South. While the norks are enemies, and a real danger to them, and they would need our help if they wre invaded, on the other if the norks think someone is poking them with a stick, and do attack, the South will get the initial brunt of it, even if we are there to help. I don’t know what their feelings would be now..
