The Norks have at least one satellite in orbit.
The only technology they may not have is miniturization of the device.
However, I read recently that a relatively small and unsophisticated device, even smaller than the Hiroshima bomb, detonated at high altitude over the midsection of the U.S. could darken much of the continental U.S.
Perhaps you know more about this and can fill us in.
