Do as the Brits apparently have just done: require those on disability to report for a full medical check.
I believe that a sizable percentage of folks there didn’t even show up for the checks...which means, of course, that they were the UK equivalent of liberals.
liberal freeloaders are the same folks no matter what nation they belong to.
