Note that John Bingham, the main author of Section 1 of 14A, had included 2A as an example of privileges and immunities that 14A applied to the states. See 2A in middle column of page at following link, the page from Bingham's discussion of 14A in post Civil War congressional record.

As we have a ruling elite who are above many of the laws they pass, we do not have EQUAL PROTECTION of the laws.
the 14th Amendment needs to be amended, I don’t believe the Founding Father meant to allow children born in the US of foreign nationals, on visas or in the country illegally, to be citizens. All anchor babies should be stripped of citizenship, IMO.

What's that? Nobody showed up to register? Well then, they obviously are not SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION of the United States and their children are therefore citizens of whatever hell-hole they came from and NOT CITIZENS of the United States.
