Interesting and very under utilized. Deprivation and Conspiracy to commit same are mentioned in two different spots in the USC. Both are felonies that can carry up to life in prison or the death penalty.

USC Title 18. Section 242. Deprivation of Civil Rights under Color of Law. I've been urging people to use this. Also section 241: Conspiracy against rights, since it's more than a single bad actor, and they are acting in collusion.
