There WAS a hate crime here - it was against whites... If we're going to have ‘hate crime laws’ - (thought crimes are always a bad idea...) but if we're going to have them - this man needs to be prosecuted under those laws. And that's aside from the insurance fraud laws he's broken.
Same for all the ‘gay’ hate crimes done by gays...
These liberal pity party scams are getting old.
