How about they divert the Texas DOT from siphoning private funds off I-35 and use them to protect officials?

Oh yeah. They won’t do that. the only difference the Texas DOT has with banditos snarling “we don’t need no stinking badges” is the Texas DOT has lot’s and lot’s of badges.
