Our President needs to declare - "Anything put on a pad will be wiped off the pad".
Yeah, like that is going to happen.

He’ll declare, “We need to send them more food and money.”

Obama will do squat. Remember the BP spill—how many weeks did he take to do anything? I would rather have Hillary in charge.

The guy occupying the White House with his wookie wife and mother in law are too busy planning the sequester concert to bothered by things like national security..

obama would love to see NK use a nuke. That would raise his approval numbers through the roof and put him in the WH for life.

If Ronald W. Reagan were alive and president, yes, this would be the policy. "We have 24 hour monitoring of you via sophisticated satellite imagery, and the moment you put an ICBM on a launch pad, this is to warn you that the launch pad will suffer the fate of cruise missiles or other weapons in the US arsenal without advance warning, as it will be taken as an act of preparing for a preemptive attack on the US or its allies."Even Kennedy had some balls. He would long ago have announced US policy toward Asia and our allies on a prime time TV broadcast, subtitled in Korean and made sure through the UN DPRK mission that they had received a hand delivered copy of the address stating we will take them out before they have a chance to position them for offense.
