So people who can't afford insurance in the first place will be forced to the "bronze" plans, which have lower premiums, but they'll have to pay higher out-of-pocket costs...up to 40% (whatever that means).

How will today's mentality of "healthcare grows on trees," and should be free to anyone out for a stroll, align with paying for these out-of-pocket costs? The sheep are going to be so surprised--they accepted a dinner invitation to the wolf's house, not realizing they were the main course.

Does anyone know if the law REQUIRES providers to accept patients? Otherwise I see a lot of “cash only” doctors.
