Another big surprise for some will be extra “tax” if they lose their employer sponsored health insurance, can’t afford private insurance, make too much to qualify for Medicaid and the government’s health care exchanges are nowhere to be seen. Imagine not being able to get health insurance through no fault of your own and then be “taxed” because of your predicament.

It’s going to be difficult for me to resist saying, I told you so, to all those family members, friends and acquaintances who told me I was nuts for telling them how bad Obamacare is going to be. ...new health care law will offer subsidies to help people buy private health insurance on state-based exchanges...and here's potentially an even bigger surprise - the way the bill's written, it's not clear if those subsidies will be available for policies written by the federal government rather than state-based exchanges, and with so many states refusing to set up exchanges themselves because of the expense, that means a lot of people who were promised subsidies just might not get them......
