But you have to feed the people before they can make more fertilizer.

Gonna have to feed ‘em better if they want more “fertilizer”...

Q: Why can't you buy fertilizer at international airports.

A: Because they only have duty free shops.

We have a valuable, exportable product in Washington D.C.

... A country where people have to lock up their turds for fear that they will be stolen... and we let these people develop nuclear weapons?

I've heard of "turd burglars" before but I thought it only referred to homosexuals.

Why don’t they do compost piles? Need some dry, brown leaves, some greens, dirt, layer it in a pile and add some water now and then plus turn it over too. Don’t need any human or animal waste either although some urine wouldn’t hurt. Takes a few months to make good, usable compost from larger piles.

Not really surprising at a time when factory workers are told to leave the factory after clocking in to find other work and bring money to the factory when clocking out.

Most appropriate use of that graphic that I’ve seen lately.

I have a couple compost bins. Easy. You can also throw in some newspaper. The commies have lots of propaganda, much to toss in a bin.

Manure, human or animal, can be used after it’s in the ground for a few months, or sooner if properly heated and monitored in bins, etc (composted). If used too soon in gardens or crops, it can be a health hazard. Needs bacterial action for a while in advance. Wealthy environmentalists have been trying to influence shutdowns of fertilizer for agriculture in our western culture countries for a few years in efforts to turn soils toward high alkali and low acid. They dislike us downscale folks.

If this Slate article is any indication, China's human waste is spoken for:

Of all the peoples of the world, the Chinese are probably the most at home with their excrement. They know its value. For 4,000 years they have used raw human feces to fertilize fields. China's use of "night soil," as the Chinese rightly call a manure that is collected after dark, is probably the reason that its soils are still healthy after four millennia of intensive agriculture, while other great civilizations—the Maya, for one—floundered when their soils turned to dust.

I believe people in countries that use raw manure as fertilizer avoid that hazard by not ingesting uncooked vegetables.

Date on article is April 2.

Um, could it be that it's April 2 in Korea? International date line and all that.
