If this same incident happened in the Wall World in my town in Arkansas there would have been at least 25 weapons drawn from the concealed position to the target acquisition position. The perp would likely not have been charged with any crime and the tax payers of Arkansas would have saved thousands of dollars.

Original thread (pulled due to a grossly inaccurate title) had this event as a shooting based on eye witness reports.
Second thread (here) we knew almost nothing about the perp. (Although my son, who was on site, looked at today's photo and said the guy looked whiter yesterday)
Will they report SJS tomorrow or simply drop the story?

The car has the old blue license from CA that were allowed to be kept for collectors cars or some such. That is a well cared for car. I heard the guy shouted that thing Muslims do when commiting jihad. Alu Akhbar or something? I wonder where he got that car.
