A lot people would just like to see them vote on it. Its been an issue for 30 years but never voted on. They were going to have a vote after the election but they got consumed by the cliff

Well I think of Bush as more of a Globalist rather than a Communist which is a difference of degrees rather than magnitudes.
I would rather it never come to a vote personally, the consequences of it passing are just to great to risk.

I don't think he hates America, but I do think that he thinks cooperation with tyrants and those who would proscribe the rights of those who employed him was at least negotiable, if not the normal course of business. Witness entitlement expansion and collaborating with the Swimmer (NCLB) instead of giving him a .45 colostomy.
