Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) said Sunday he believes it’s “inevitable” that there will someday be a GOP presidential candidate who supports same-sex marriage, and that he could back such a candidate, even as he opposes gay marriage.

And said candidate would get trounced.

“...GOP presidential candidate who supports same-sex marriage...”

He may be a candidate, but he will never be a president....

The GOP fundraisers called me this weekend. I told them I was never going to financially support them again after Reince Prebuis publicly stated that we should not view the practice of homosexuality in “Old Testiment” terms. As if the New Testiment somehow says something different.

Yes, the next GOP-e candidate may support homosexual marriage, but I will never vote for that person — ever.

If the GOP is not the Grand Old Party it’s time to leave

My letter to the gop

Does the gop think they can win anything without the conservative base? Many held our nose and voted for romney, only because he “claimed” to have our same values. We saw the lying, cheating and stealing of the primary, but we did not want obama.

Portman, Flake, Murkowski, Mehlman, Rove...... If you think conservatives will accept this, you are wrong. You will NEVER get our votes. We don’t care if obama is running for an illegal third term.

Conservatives apparently mean nothing to you. You will not USE us for our vote and then dismiss us like you have been doing. We will go third party or stay at home.

If that’s “inevitable,” it’s also quite inevitable that I’ll no longer be voting GOP.

notice how flake is pro-homosexual but drudge has the headline showing flake is pro-”gun”.

this is to chop up the social issues as a nuanced balkanization.

the medum is the message.

the headlines are the medium.

A candidate is not a nominee. Jon Huntsman is already there.
