What a horrible thing to happen to your son, Gail. There is not much I can do, except to say that I am so very sorry for you.
There is nothing any one can do, the state plea bargained him with out my permission and it was down from 1st to 2nd degree, and less time to serve. They told him he’d be out at his first parole hearing 10 months after they took 2 years to get to the plea deal. Well they did NOT count on a determined Mother, that what little injustice they gave would be served to it’s max. I did it for 12.5 years. Till he maxed out his not so ‘good’ behavior time. Made him serve every last blooming day I could. Can’t fix sociopaths, they just make more victims.
Now I CCW and always will for he is loose and a threat.
