A March 29 study conducted by the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) shows that the federal government forks over $42.6 billion dollars in reckless spending at a time when the United States borrows 40 percent of what it spends. Additionally, the staggering waste occurs during a recessionary period of 8 percent unemployment and nearly 47 million Americans (or 15 percent of the population) now relying on food stamps.

it wasn’t reckless if he got our money into his cronies hands, which is exactly what he did.....
What, a week?
It is a systematic looting.
My thought too. $46B, $46T would be closer.
It’s like a game of monopoly. As long as no goes bankrupt, you just keep playing.
42 billion? No, ten times that. Think really big.
What some call waste is actually graft and the graftees love waste that comes in their direction.
Two million for cupcakes. We’ll need to see some paperwork on that one.
The Republicans are right to condemn the reckless spending of Obama.
But what’s their purpose.
I suspect this message is designed to get us angry so we will vote for Republicans who don’t want to balance the budget and get the nation’s fiscal house in order.
Have you been sucked in by this Karl Rove “wedge issue” being created before your eyes.
I am not going to be emotionalized to support the guys who want the national debt to continue at a smaller pace while the fiscal train heads to the real and big cliff ahead because of the debt.
Its a great talking point for RINOstream media like Fox News and the radio talk shows.
BUT THIS NEWS RELEASE OFFERS NO REAL SOLUTION WHEN THE ONLY REAL SOLUTION IS TO BALANCE THE BUDGET QUICKLY BEFORE THE DEBT BUBBLE BURSTS......
It is not reckless. It is on purpose and being done to break the system to fundamentaly transform us into his marxist vision.
When will the GOP see that and say that?
Are you kidding?
Most of the trillions in the entire budget is "reckless spending".
This Republican news release has probably been focus grouped and the only spending that can be condemned is the spending that most people in the groups considered wasteful, not the trillions that really is a waste.
The GOP probably thinks they have to support most of that spending to win the next election.
Record tax revenue collected, yet expenses are not managed.
