President Obama and his family this morning went to Easter Sunday services at St. Johns Episcopal Church in Washington, D.C. Here are notes on the Easter service from the pool reporter, which included this part, "It drives me crazy when the captains of the religious right are always calling us back ... for blacks to be back in the back of the bus ... for women to be back in the kitchen ... for immigrants to be back on their side of the border":

So-called Progressives should be called Oppressives cuz that’s what they are. Ironically, they are the one’s stuck in the past. Accuse others of what you’re doing. Blah, blah, blah....
Obama should feel right at home there, like in the good ol’ days of his old “reverend” . . what’s his name? . . . my brain is tired of this crap!
We were blessed to go to a Christian church where Jesus’s resurrection was celebrated and Holy Communion was given. It didn’t resemble whatever this service was that the Obamas attended at all.
The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
Evil racist white bunny...redistributing nest eggs... propagating false religion...

You nailed it very well.
Progressive = Oppressive
I wonder if the girls are on a track to be confirmed so they can join their parents at The Table?
Talk about holding on to the past!
The Lord died for these people, yet they stand at the pulpit preaching hatred.
They believe themselves better than God, and they put their words into His mouth. These are not pastors, they are devils disciples.
Ben Carson he is not!
Well said, and, as you say, it could go on and on and on.........
I was confused.
so the part in BOLD is what the pool reporter thought the Pastor was saying? The reporter thought the part about ‘ going back: was the paster saying it was better “ back then”
Wow how stupid was that reporter? The point wasn’t that it would be better to go back.
Who was that poll reporter anyway? The article didn’t say
If i read the article right it was NOT the Pastor saying we should go back to when blacks were kept in the back
it was the Pool reporter interpreting . or MIS interpreting the intent of the pastir.
The article isn’t well written and is confusing
Easter without resurrection.
Easter as just another prop for radical posturing.
God will not be mocked,
What “captains of the religious right” are telling blacks to get to the back of the bus?
A straw man offered by a pathological liar dressed in the costume of a clergyman. Fool.
Us too! And not one word about making blacks sit in the back of the bus
Disgusting.... undeveloped little brains.
