There's all kinds of sin in the world we're all guilty of. All we can do is hope and pray for forgiveness...
The kind that asks us to accept as NORMAL behavior what is sin, though, whether it be homosexual love or serial divorce, is the biggest problem, and a way to lead the clergy and laity to perdition.
There are a lot of people in this country now who do NOT consider homosexual love, or consumation of sex outside of marriage to be a sin at all. In fact, many think it is worthy of adoration or respect as it shows "love". I think we're also reaching a point where people who are OK with the gay lifestyle are the majority.
For my sake, gay sex and expression are private matters I want nothing to know about. Why should I know about a person's sexual preference??? I do NOT want to know!
From a Christian perspective, I do believe a homo should not be beaten or arrested for expressing gay love--no more than an adulterer or a person in an extramarital affair, but just don't ask me to condone sin. I'll pray for them all, rather. And of course, my very imperfect self...
As Jesus said, "Go, and sin no more."

The “telling” is the sex.
Well, except for the part where they refuse to stop being packers and seeking validation for their perverted deathstyle.
I would think the Archbishop would have had the fortitude to make the distinction (especially in light of the pederast "priests" issue) that the sodomites are welcome if they repent, stop whore-dogging and get their minds right.
As Jesus said, "Go, and sin no more."
What you said.
If that was all it was it would be one thing but it isn’t. It is a method to destroy the church. We can be apathetic and let it happen just as every other so called victim group or stop it before they reach their goals.
This has nothing to do with acceptance or tolerance, it is about the destruction of the church in America.
